August Crazy/Fun

The month of August is crazy for us.

We had to play smash up with friends.  

 We had a ton of gardening to do.

 Miley starts her new class.  Sorry, Mrs. Vaudrey.  You had your eyes closed in all of them.  

 We took a quick day trip to Mammoth Cave.

 Dex, Sophie and Ryder have their lunch dates on Friday.

 We got in a few last swims. 

 We get back into the groove of church.  We kind of become slackers during the summer.

 We went to Chattanooga to celebrate our ten year anniversary.  

 More gardening.

 Declan started play soccer.  He loves it.

 School is crazy/fun the month of August.

 Michael always has a ton of wedding shows going on.

 Life is crazy in August, but it is crazy fun.  

Dear Summer,

Dear Summer, 

You are my absolute favorite.  We start school Monday, and I am so excited to get back into a routine, and to work with my new students, but summer I will miss you.  We have loved swimming, gardening, studying, napping, exercising, shopping, traveling, exploring, fishing, and playing.  

Michael, Jonny, and Dad went to Yosemite last week.  They had such a good time together.  

 Jonny always makes me laugh.  I love how he is brilliant, but he still has a child like essence.
