I have been fighting a little cold, and Michael has been taking care of Miley a lot. Well this is what they did one afternoon.

Miley had her half birthday this past weekend, but we also spent tons of time on the floor playing. Miley is crawling all over the place, and she is pulling up on everything. She loves to stand. I caught her yesterday trying to pull herself up using the curtains in her bedroom.

Miley Kate's Half Birthday!

Yesterday was Miley Kate's half birthday. She is officially 6 months old. At the doctors on Friday, she weighed 14 lbs. 10 0zs., and she is 25 in. long. She is still our "little bit". Last night, we had a little half birthday party for her. She is still undecided about sweet potatoes.

The changing table is our new battle field.

Every time we lay Miley down on the changing table she flips over and starts crawling away. If we hold her down with one arm, she pulls on the changing pad and fights with all her might to roll over. After we took these pictures last night, Michael and I decided it would probably be safer to change her on the floor for awhile.

Miley Kate has two little teeth, but I do not know if this picture shows them well enough. Well...we tried to catch a picture of them.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great productive weekend full of projects. We spent some time with friends, and as you can see, we had a delicious dinner with my parents Monday night.

I am very blessed to have a live in photographer. Michael took these pictures this weekend. I had to share them with you. He wants to eventually take pictures professionally, and he practices with us all the time. I am very proud of him.
