I have actually thought the same thing. I don't think stores make them for small children because of a choking hazard. I was thinking of having my step mom make Isabells one. She loves them too.
I actually have one for Kaylor and we wear it a lot. It is a child's one, but its the only one I have ever seen! Kaylor loves them too, but I agree with Heather, I bet they don't make many of them because they are a choking hazard.
Kristen - of all people, you know know that here is spelled... HERE, not HEAR... i'm patting myself on the back for catching that one, seeing how I can't spell of the life of me:)
