Michael, Kneff, and Eric took Miley to the park one afternoon. Eric and Kneff are so good with Miley. She loves them.

Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day. We went to Bread and Company for breakfast, and then we played around at Centennial Park. It was so much fun. We definitely realized how hard it was to take pictures of a squirmming one year old.

We went to my parents house for dinner. My Dad made dinner. It was delicious!

Then we went to Michael's Moms to have cake and spend some time with her. It was a fun busy day.

Teeth Brushing

For some reason Miley Kate loves to brush her teeth, and she is rather good at it.

A fun Friday night

Last Friday night, we went to Best Buy, the grocery store, and then home to play around the house and have dinner. All night, I had to fight the urge to find something exciting to do on a Friday night. I realized that even "boring" things are so much fun now that we are a "family". Spending time together is the most exciting thing I can do on a Friday night. What do you guys think? Anybody had similar feelings?

Official April Catch Up

We have always struggled to get Miley to eat. Lately, she loves fruit! She loves eating a whole pear.

For Michael's birthday, we went on a weekend trip with his parents. We had a wonderful time! It was so nice to get away for a little while.

Easter!

Aunt Lou was in town for Easter! She did a wonderful job hunting for Easter eggs.

We love taking Maggie swimming at Moss Wright Park, and Miley loved the water this time too.

My Aunt Linda, my Mother's sister, came to visit. She is so fun to talk to, and we love spending time with her.
