We are still alive!

I know I haven't blogged in almost 22 days.  We have been busy with family and birthdays.  I am going to recap the last three weeks tonight.  I promise.  I wanted to say something about Michael's website.  Michael and his friend Michael Kneff have started their own photography business.  They have been working towards it the last few years, and it is finally official.  I am so proud of Michael, and all the hard work he has done.  Also, I love that my husband's passion helps me decorate and make cute photo albums.  The website is www.brownlabphotography.com.

Today is not the nicest day, but it has been wonderful weather the last few weeks. It is so fun taking Miley to the park and going on walks. I guess I have just realized how much I love being outside. Happy Spring everyone!

Busy Spring!

This spring has been busy so far. Miley's birthday. Jonny was home for a week from college, and then Laura has been home this past week. We have spent a lot of family time together. I love it! Miley had a blast with Jonny and Laura. She loves sitting on Jonny's shoulders.

More birthday fun!

Miley Kate loved the balloons at her birthday party. We took some home with us. One day she and Michael had so much fun tossing them up in the air and playing with them. She was giggling like crazy. She thinks everything is so funny lately. We love it!

Miley turned 1!

Miley had a fabulous birthday! Last Saturday, we had Miley Kate's birthday party at my parent's house. It was so much fun! We really appreciate everyone stopping by to celebrate our little girl!

She was so mellow during the cake. We could not get her to smile.

Almost One

We have all been fighting the flu, but Miley and Michael started finally feeling better this past weekend. They spent a lot of time outside playing. The weather was wonderful! Miley loved running around the yard with Maggie. We put a baby gate on the deck, and played on the deck too which was such a nice break from the house. It is so surreal seeing her run around the yard. I can't believe she is about to turn one.
